These Terms of Service apply to the use of the web app growinger.ai, operated by SB Holding UG, Goethestraße 14, 67127 Rödersheim-Gronau. growinger.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for documenting and supporting plant cultivation. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms.

growinger.ai provides a web app that supports users in growing plants. Depending on the chosen plan, the service includes: • Grow tracking and documentation • AI-powered plant diagnostics via photo • Seed Vault (seed management) • Environment management • Grow planner • Stash management The specific features of each plan are described on the pricing page.

Using growinger.ai requires registration with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You may not share your account with third parties. Each person requires their own account.

growinger.ai is offered in two plans: Free: 1 environment, 2 plants, full grow tracking, 3 AI diagnoses per month, basic knowledge. Pro: Unlimited environments and plants, unlimited AI diagnostics, grow planner, full Seed Vault, grow history and statistics, stash management, harvest comparisons. We strive for high service availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime (best-effort). Maintenance work will be announced in advance when possible.

The Free plan is free of charge and available indefinitely. The Pro plan costs €4.99 per month or €34.99 per year. Billing is processed through common payment providers (e.g., Stripe, App Store, Google Play). All prices include applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled before expiry.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account remains usable as a Free version — your data is not lost. You can delete your entire account at any time. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

Upon registration, you receive a simple, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use growinger.ai within the scope of these terms. All rights to the software, design, and content of growinger.ai remain with SB Holding UG.

You agree to: • Not use growinger.ai for illegal purposes • Not upload content that violates applicable law • Not share your account with third parties • Not manipulate or reverse-engineer the app • Comply with applicable law — including all relevant regulations regarding plant cultivation in your jurisdiction

SB Holding UG is only liable for damages arising from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to essential contractual obligations. Important: growinger.ai provides AI-powered recommendations for plant care. These do not replace professional advice. We assume no liability for harvest success, plant health, or damages based on AI recommendations. Use of recommendations is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable prior notice. Changes will be communicated to you via email or within the app. If you do not object to the new terms within 30 days of notification, they are deemed accepted.

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the court responsible for Rödersheim-Gronau, to the extent legally permissible. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
